Missing Parts Upon Arrival
If you have any damaged or missing parts when your order comes in, you must document it with photos and note on the bill of lading. You must also file a damage claim within 12 business days of delivery.
Issues with Parts After Installing
After your cabinets are built and installed, if there are any issues please document with photos and contact RTA Cabinet Tec.
Our MAnufacturer's 1 Year Warranty
- All products are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.
- Natural characteristics found in wood will not be considered defects.
- All warranty claims must be processed through RTA Cabinet Tec.
